Error Message

Since signing up I've been getting the attached error message every time I navigate to a different page within the website, and it's made navigating the site quite difficult. I tried sending an email to the email address on the error message, but it gets returned as undeliverable. Has anyone else had this same problem? Is there a workaround for it?

I notified Carolyn Goodman (one of the forum owners) a couple of weeks ago about this problem.
It seems to go along with the fact that I have to constantly keep approving new account posts (which I should only have to approve the first post from a new account.
Both problems seemed to have started at about the same time....around mid July I think it was.

So....new accounts from about mid July the approval thing that I do for a new member doesn't seem to stick.
I have to approve each post even if I have already approved the account.

And this error message is popping up with everyone but randomly. I went days with out it and then last night and this morning I get it with every post I try to make.

When you see that error message try just refreshing your page.

So IT has been notified...Carolyn did that.

It has never happened to me. At least not yet. But it sure sounds like the sort of irritation that could completely kill a forum.

well, particularly for the newbies like the op. we are supposed to be here to help but that's rather difficult if someone can't post.

i've gotten the general error a few times, but i can always go bother other folk until i can get in here.

Look for an entire system reboot ....maybe today...so don't panic if the forum is down for a bit.

Pray that the reboot doesn't break something else.

I seem to remember that back in the day we had to delete some cookies. I know it sounds kinda kinky but if you look at the very bottom of this (and every other) page (RH side) you will see -

"Delete all board cookies"

Give it a try should it happen again.
