Migrating data from ResScan to Oscar

Post by monstermashrna » Thu Jul 13, 2023 11:22 pm

I have been using a ResMed S8 Autoscore II with EPR since 2009 and collecting all my data using ResScan which I obtained from this forum (thank you). I've also got backups of this data in a number of places. My poor old dusty S8 is on it's last legs (on/off button very rarely responds) and I plan to purchase a ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet when it becomes available in Australia (hopefully September this year).

My ResScan data is in the form of mostly .rlk files plus a PatientDetails.db file.
In addition I have been able to export the data as a .csv

My query is in regards to migrating my ancient S8/ResScan data into OSCAR.
  • Can I import this data somehow?
  • Could I massage the data into a compatible .csv file then import it?
  • Is there some intermediate path I could follow eg import into SleepyHead first then into OSCAR?
My apologies if this has been dealt with in other posts that I have not found.

Cheers
Chris

Time to start over, just keep your old data if you wish, in Resscan.

I thought that might be the case. Thanks for your help.
