Missing Data on MyAir

Post by mhuq » Tue Jul 11, 2023 5:39 am

For the first time Resmed Airsense 10 did not transmit data to MyAir on Sunday night. There is a gaping hole for July 9 on MyAir. The data is on my SD card. Is there any way the missing data can be uploaded to MyAir?

I have seen a few issues with MyAir the past week or two ... it would not get the data until later in the day, or it would get partial data, then at some point later in the day, the data is fully updated and accurate.. This is happening most days, with the complete data uploaded by lunch time.

In my case, data is fully uploaded within two hours after I wake up in the morning. This did not happen on Monday. The data for Sunday was not uploaded at all. This morning the data for last night was fully uploaded, but the data for Sunday night is missing. I suppose it will remain missing on MyAir.

As long as you know how you slept and it is recorded on your machine....what's the big deal? You are the only one that sees the MyAir.

You are absolutely right. I don't like the gaping hole on MyAir and my provider would think I skipped the day.

Mine did the same thing. No data for that day. No biggie. I'm sure that the data lives on my card but I'm not concerned enough to pop the card out and look.

Your providor DOES NOT see your MyAir Report. They get their data thru the cellular modem in your machine. That data is not affected by the MyAir problem.

The provider gets the data through the same cellular modem as MyAir. If cellular modem didn't transmit the data then how would provider get the data. Well, it is possible the cellular modem did transmit the data and for some reason MyAir server was down.

In all likely hood the data was transmitted.

If ResMed's can't transmit the data because of airplane mode, no signal, turned off, then they will transmit when they are on and in cell range again.

The fact that others have the same blank day, suggests that it was a ResMed server issue, and not your machine not transmitting. Depending on where the issue occurred, the data may or may not be on ResMed's AirView, the portal for medical practitioners. But it doesn't matter. Nobody cares about the single missing date.

It's all about compliance and one day is no big deal and your machine still has the data anyway.
