Why usage data is lower than therapy hours?
Why usage data is lower than therapy hours?
I use Resmed Airsense 10 and use it over 6 hours every night. But usage hours shown is most of the time less than 6 hour. I have attached Oscar data for yesterday. I used the machine for over 7 hours with a 5 minute bathroom break. But hours shows 2:23. Can someone help to figure out what is happening.

Sounds like the internal clock is set wrong.

Are you looking at your results after 12 noon? If so, you will only see an hour of usage for the previous night... look at it earlier to get the picture.
Re: Why usage data is lower than therapy hours?
I always check my data an hour after waking up in the morning. It is definitely not a question clock setting.

Since you didn't attach anything to the post (use imgur.com) all we can do is say "eh?"

Re: Why usage data is lower than therapy hours?
You have midnight and noon mixed around.
IRL, a new day begins at midnight--my Airsense 10 rolls over the date at noon,
which keeps each night's data together.
As long as I do not sleep past noon, I can view the previous night's data all day.
If you have to set the clock backwards, you may need to clear all data.

All the data have been recorded between 10:42 PM and 05:31 AM. Data has been split up into 34 sessions. Most sessions lasting only a few minutes. Largest gap between two successive sessions is about 30 minutes. Why would data is broken up into so many sessions when I took off the mask only once for 5 minutes for bathroom break. Is is a problem with the machine or a health issue. According to MyAir mask fit was 20/20. So it cannot be an issue of leaks
