Seems to me that if someone is inhaling @ 30-50 L/M, and 30-40 L/M is going out the intentional leak vent, the machine will have to send in 60-90 L/M to maintain pressure and flow.

After the machine is started and reaches the set pressure, the vented flow will be equal to the flow input. If not, where is that air going? Out the butt?

Since intentional leak remains constant, everything you see on the flow waveform is above and beyond that.

to reflect this new information, so it now reads

Intentional leak is variable, especially when you make 23 settings changes, 8 mask changes, and 2 machine (one of which you can't actually get) changes to allow sub- and super-therapeutic parameters to be employed, for a total of 368 different sets of parameters. On the same night.

Anyway, the question is

"What is the flow rate coming out of V-Com?"
