Difference between ResMed p/ns?

Post by Hrapovick » Thu May 11, 2023 11:12 am

Hi all, a noob here.
I've found a used AirCurve ASV online. The seller provided a picture of the backplate showing p/n 37092.
Googling up this p/n I've come across the attached document.
Looks like 37092 is indeed AirCurve ASV. But so are 37042, 37043, 37044, 37215, 37216, 37229, 37230, 37291, 37410, 37411, 37384, 37144.
Does anyone know the difference between them all?
Are these all different kinds of ASV?

Thanks!

There are no different kinds of ASV, but Resmed has a whole bunch of different ordering options.

The most common options are bundling setups.
Which hose, which tank, mask or no mask--maybe even the travel case.
Convenience for the vendor, or impeding comparison shopping.
Anything is possible.

Thanks folks!
I bought it. How's $700 for a 2020 Resmed AirCurve 10 ASV with just 4,000 hours on it? Not too shabby, methinks. Plus, the seller threw in brand new heated hose, humidifier and an AirFit F20 mask (all unused, unopened).
He says he's not going to need all this gear because his apnea is gone!
Told me his story - he quit alcohol, started exercising (nothing too crazy - he's 75), dropped 30 pounds and voila - apnea's gone!
This is a very inspiring story.
I would've lost some weight too, but it's hard to exercise and control food intake in a state of constant sleep deprivation. As soon as I stabilize my sleep, I'm going to embark on a weight loss journey too!

Let's see if this ASV machine is up to all the hype! (I've used AirSense 10 for the last several years, but developed CSA, so ordinary CPAP won't cut it no more.)
Starting with the default settings in ASV auto mode tonight!
