It starts before the real time by 30 to 60 minutes.

Thank you

Check your machine's time setting

Thank you.
I think you were right.

My Resmed machine indicates GMT +1. But currently I am GMT+2.
I tried to set it to GMT+2 but I got the following message: "The time zone cannot be changed if there are any processing data recorded".

It gets even more subtle.
I dug around and found that:

- before March 25: my PC was at GMT+1 and so was the machine. GMT+1 for both.
I had then the correct Oscar start time. But the reporting time of Oscar was wrong by + 1 hour.

-after March 25: machine at GMT+1 and PC at GMT+2
I had then Start time Oscar = Reporting time Oscar.
Both were wrong.

Daylight savings time change?

You can't change the time zone without erasing past user data off the machine....up to you if you want to do that.

If it were me I would just use OSCAR to change the time if it bugged me too much.
Go to Preference/CPAP tab and look top left...you can adjust the time plus or minus enough minutes to fix the problem.
That's what I do even though there is a clock on the machine I use that I could change.. It's just easier to go into OSCAR.

Just don't LOOK at the time.
As long as the cpap works, it's all good.
A little time warp is harmless, as long as you don't let it bother you.

I agree.
My only concern is the synchronization with the grath of my O2 ring.
