How about an all night video. Let's see what movement and position is doing.
I used to take video of myself sleeping when my husband told me about how I would often sit up from a sleep position with my legs crossed Indian style and my head lolling forward. I used to to prove I had a parasomnia, which in turn caused or contributed to my MP. (Which is now in remission for a second time).

I'll see if I can set up the camera again.

PS. How the heck do I quote each individual question in your prior post? I have tried different ways and in preview they don't come out right.
Any help greatly appreciated! NOT GIVING UP AGAIN

Menstrual Periods are not caused by parasomnias. They will, however, go into remission.

IDK about multiple times, however.

Y'know, you're having a lot more hypopneas than ResMed says you're having:
And I wish we had more toys, cause I think they're central hypopneas.

Also, what do you think about my moving away from prescription antidepressants and utilizing medical grade cannabis products?
This would be a good spot for my "Is it going to rain here today?" metaphor, but that doesn't seem to go over very well.

I have seen too many L&O episodes where the felon has killed off one (or some) poor unsuspected slob(s) because they went "off their meds" to arbitrarily say "Sure, get rid of them! Who needs them anyway?" You have to talk to your guy and run it by him (her).
Yes, I will definitely talk to my pdoc.

These blocks where no data is recorded-- are you awake or sleeping? The center block looks like you had the mask on but the machine off. That therapy was sub-optimal.
Yes, there was a period when I had the mask on but the machine off. I realize that was definitely suboptimal.
More "alien" (machine) breaths.
I know. :(
Got the oximeter and PFT yet?
I still can't decide which oximeter to purchase. I just wish someone would post a picture and/or the EXACT model I should get. I know I should have a Wellue brand because I am told it works well with OSCAR. As for the PFT results, I called the doctor's office last week and they have not returned my call. I'm going to try again this morning.
I think we have to run down the entire list of sleep hygiene topics. Your sleep continuity continues to be horrible except for occasional runs of Log Sleep.
My sleep hygiene has been getting better. I am consciously trying to go to sleep earlier. I HAVE stopped taking the biggest insomnia culprit medication as well as taking my other meds during the day. I find it interesting that my recent episodes of "log sleep" are at the end of my night.
Can you post the Summary Graph for the last few months? If you're "sleeping" 5 hours a night your Sleep Debt is worse than the National Debt.
I'm very lucky if I can get five hours total per night. I'll see about posting the summary chart from OSCAR.
You running a back up rate? How much?
Not sure on this, will check and let you know later.
If you can do the Spont Trigger/Cycle experiment. IMO it would be helpful to know how much the machine is driving, but I don't think those values reflect the entire night.
I really want to do the experient. I'm off tomorrow and plan on tying then.
ASPS Rules!
?

No worries. I'm also a little biphasic so NBD.

Hmmm? What kinds of toys? In the old days I used to have some CA. I wonder why my new ResMed wouldn't score the different events properly?

Wait, is thee a difference between a CA and a CH? Never heard of central hypopnea.

Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome. Thought I mentioned that before. Also short sleeper (4 cycles, ~6 hours).

Yeah, can only score them in the shop. And the ResMed algorithm (in APAP anyway) specifically and knowingly ignores them.

What about my charts indicates the possibility of central hypopnea and what is the significant difference between the two forms of hypopnea?
