Input about what?
Where is the leak graph?
Plopping down a report without any questions or history or feedback makes it really hard to offer any input because we don't know much other than what we see.
Based on just what is shown...not a very remarkable report.
But then we don't know much. We don't know how you slept. Were there many wake ups that may have caused some SWJ flagging..we don't know how you feel...we don't know what your goals are....we don't know why you are using auto bilevel but essentially in fixed settings.
To offer therapy advice....I would have to be making some huge WAGs and I don't really like to do those unless no other way out.
All we know is that the report itself isn't horrible or screaming "fix me".

So sorry,, Didn't mean to plop info without background info... I sIeep well till morning but really didn't feel rested. I much appreciate the help. My brainfog this morning was pretty bad ..and I just went through posting the screenshot after reading instructions. I was a bit frazzled.. My apologies.
Showing leak rate..So sorry for my incompetence.Im embarrased LOL
Glad it doesnt scream Fix Me at least!
Re: hope I posted this correctly
Actually I prefer the report to scream "fix me" when I don't sleep or feel so great because tweaking the settings is at least something I can TRY that MIGHT help me.
I hate it when I have a bad night and a bad day and the report looks like I should feel like a million bucks.
It's a lot easier to fight a battle when you know who you are fighting.
If you aren't feeling as good as you think the numbers say you should feel...
You get the standard speech which is "maybe it just takes some time but while you are giving it time then maybe also look at other potential culprits"
like
medication side effects
other physical or mental health issues
number of hours slept (actual sleep) or are those hours highly fragmented with a lot of arousals???
sleep hygiene bad habits
Do you take any medications at all? If so, what? even OTC counts.

Re: hope I posted this correctly
So sorry to hear about the autoimmune diseases and long Covid. As I'm sure you know, poor sleep goes hand in hand with autoimmune disease for many people, as does daytime fatigue. There's a whole lot of information about the problems in the article linked below, if you're interested, though precious little by way of solutions.

Just learning oscar.. Does it look ok? is that normal as far as the pie chart goes. I am unable to find the flow rate on the sidebar? I appreciate your patience with my competence..
Re: hope I posted this correctly
Was the SD card inserted in your cpap machine all night while you were using it?
The SD card MUST be in the cpap machine for the flow rate chart to get written to the SD card. It's a big file and isn't stored on the machine's internal storage. It has to go directly to the SD card.
There is a reason we usually tell people to turn off the pie chart...it's because it doesn't really help much.
Remember it just shows slices of a pie and if you just had one of any sort of event the pie chart will show a whole pie of that one event and one event of any kind isn't a big deal.
Looks like you had 5 FLs flagged over the entire night....well within acceptable limits.
If that were my report....shrug my shoulders and move on because it's actually a very decent report assuming sleeping good and feeling decent which is always part of any criteria I use to evaluate anything. If we don't sleep good or feel good then the numbers don't mean much. Gotta get the sleep first and foremost.
If you are thinking you need an event graph that doesn't show any events...get that thought out of your head. It's an unrealistic goal.
