To follow up on the EPR comment, would that be a full time EPR or Ramp only? I don't use ramp now, but I could set it to full pressure and then use auto to turn it off. I feel like I can't breathe when I tried ramp in the past.
If you don't use the ramp then set EPR to full time.
I will throw my two cents in, however: When you're starting to dial wing, it's useful to change only one thing at a time. That way if anything goes wrong (the AHI shoots up or you feel super uncomfortable trying to get to sleep), you know what to back off.
I'd suggest bumping your min pressure up by 1cm and not bothering with turning EPR on just yet. While most people like it, there are some people who don't.
