I would love to see a show of hands.
welp, i guess i don't fit anywhere on that list. i came in here in the early days to get help. didn't matter to me the source. that included palerider. and still includes palerider.
if you have a problem with him, may i suggest the foe button?

But yeah, the woman with newbie in her signature is so dangerous!
You strew comments all over the forum, but it seems you never help anyone. Are you bored at home? Do you not have a social life? With the proper COVID precautions, you can get out in society again. The weather was nearly ideal in NJ today.

So-you didn’t know and went after me anyway?
Because you have no idea what you're posting about. I do.
lynninnj wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 3:42 pm
whether you feel like you’re paying for it or not.
I never even alluded to, much less said, that. Please read more carefully.

I didn't know what your gender is, and it doesn't actually matter, unless you're just looking for excuses to be offended...
Regardless, continuing to respond to you on this subject is a waste of my time.
Have a nice day.

I normally enjoy your posts.
Is attack style posting the new norm?
Maybe pointing out every not helpful smartass remark by posters should be a thing now?
Funny- I feel like all I’ve done here is earnestly try to help.
This comment of yours posts you, not me, in a negative light.

This thread has certainly turned entertaining and I appreciate all posts and the diversity of thought! To close things and put a cap on this thread, they were absolutely heart related. No, i do not know the precise minute it blew up. I had a discussion with my dr and reviewed before/during/after the week things happened, while I posted a snapshot of one day, this reoccured over days until i had the stent put in. I thought it was fascinating to see how a heart attack affects things and as such shared my experience. I am grateful to be alive as my brother died in his sleep and i take my adherence religiously and after the heart issue was resolved reviewed all data with my sleep doc.
Please remember, without empathy the good in the message is lost.

Before you go, feel like putting up this area in a similar (~9:24) window?
TIA!

At the risk of turning this rasslin' match into a therapy discussion, I'm going to say
Were not!!
and based on prior comments:

My sleep study said things were hard to control and they had me up to a 21 pressure on bilevel after avg 55 events during test. That pressure level felt like getting punched in the face. Right now I am set to 8/16 but that's more me tweaking it up higher because the meds had me set to 7/14 and was getting avg 10 events...
You're simply a CompSAS.
Let the discussion begin!
Or not...

I really did find this interesting and appreciate you sharing. Glad you’re ok.
Having lost two parents this way, it’s good to feel your empathy.

I wish he/she could post the whole night on sleephq.
I am also curious your thoughts on this Rubicon?
First impression of what has been posted so for?
Edit: I saw your CompSAS comment but am unable to determine the meaning despite searching back through many old posts.

tyvm!
Edit: So I am reading that CompSAS occurs “in the absense of systolic heart failure “. This person said they had a total blockage. Wouldn’t that necessarily preclude it from being considered CompSAS?

Nope! AAMOF if you want to gamble, only 37% of CXrelated MI end up with LV EF <45% (which you would sorta need to get CSR), so given the available info it's CompSAS.
Also considering his BiPAP which might be too aggressive. And it screws up his submitted waveforms so you really can't tell if it's a descending/ascending pattern.
And the cycle time is at the very lower limit of CSR but right in the wheelhouse of CompSAS.
And if it was CSR he should be doing it a helluva lot more than 18 minutes.

Gotcha.
Thanks for taking the time to post such a thoughtful, substantive and courteous explainer.

But could it be indirectly cardiac-related in re: onset of chest pain, SOB, anxiety, hyperventilating, is he awake-- maybe, but hey, operating with a white cane and a dog here.
Really need the SD card to check entire history to look for CompSAS (including those "obstructives" at the beginning of the night. I'll bet they aren't).
