It’s been a waste of time for me so far. I spent 3 hours trying to upload data from the SD card on an iPad Pro with no luck. I’ll try it again later but it’s been frustrating.

i'm not a user of sleephq nor affiliated, but it might help them to know exactly where the problem breaks down. specificity in this, as in any other area of life where your having problems, can help tremendously.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Welcome to the forum, Cujo. On the help page of SleepHQ there are a couple of videos which show step by step how to upload data. It might be worth going through them again. Also on that page is a link to send an email to the developers. As Zonker said, they are looking for feedback and I've found them to be very responsive.

The very first upload is very slow, but after that it's just a minute or so. Also to speed things up, just select a couple of days from the Datalog folder - if you have data going back a long way that will add up to a huge amount of data being uploaded over the net.

Finally, Nicko and Adam have indicated they are rewriting the data upload routines to make them easier and more reliable.
* Download Oscar
* Oscar help
* An alternative to Oscar - try SleepHQ

I have no medical training or qualifications. Take my advice for what it's worth.

Thank you guys for taking the time to reply and thank you for the welcome! I watched two of their videos and came back again and took step-by-step notes. I followed their instructions to a T with no luck whatsoever. I did send them a detailed email that described the difficulty of uploading the data that I was having.

I've been trying it out and have had no problems with uploading data from my AS11. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to upload everything (not just the data folder) -- the settings, etc. need to be uploaded for SleepHQ to know what to do with the data.

I really like the interface, and they've been very receptive to suggestions. I think this is going to turn out to be a really good way to look at sleep data.
