CPAP in-network Supplier for United Health Care Medicare advantage plans

Does anyone know some or at least one authorized (in-network) CPAP supplier for United Health Care Medicare Advantage PPO plans? It is probably the same supplier for all of United Health Care plans, but not sure. As there website is broken for looking up Network Providers (has been for some time), I can't look one up. I am located in the Denver Colorado area, but I'd settle for anyone in the US. NOTE that it is now 2022. In 2021 they used to have Apria in network, but I was told they dropped them and that there is only one (whose name I have lost) and it takes forever to get someone on the phone. Thank you.

I use UHC as well, and their website is atrocious.
I just tried 15 different ways to log in to check on this and each time there was an error. I have my login info saved on my computer so I know it's correct.

I was finally able to successfully log in....not sure how....and after clicking a few links to get to the provider's area, I was logged out again. BUT, I was able to look at my records from when I first picked up my machine and equipment and found that Med-Care is the DME I used. I remember originally it was Apria and I soon discovered what a joke they are.
Now, the only contact info I have for this DME is for the local office in South Florida in Hialeah, FL. I'm not sure if they are anywhere else in the country.
Also, when trying to access their website, it's a no-go.

It's a good thing I'm not a feeble senior citizen trying to contact any of these people.

Switching must be done during open enrollment period.

President Bill Clinton signed Medicare+Choice into law in 1997.
The name changed to Medicare Advantage in 2003.

And indeed you can't change "anytime"...but there are some special circumstances where a person can switch back in Jan after the open enrollment. Very special circumstances and not as easy as switching during open enrollment so it's really better for people to have the mind set of switching only during open enrollment. But it can be done in January under special circumstances and a lot of paperwork.

You can switch back to Original Medicare during the annual open enrollment period or the Medicare Advantage open enrollment period.

They are just different than straight Medicare and/or supplemental coverage.
Different doesn't necessarily mean inferior.
They are simply different and as long as a person understands what the coverage entails....nothing wrong with them.
Sometimes saving the traditional monthly expense of a regular medicare supplement is actually a money saving bonus.
Not to mention that people who got medicare prior to age 65 can't always get one of the lower priced supplements.
I know this because it affects me....to get a regular supplement would cost me over 300 a month. I can pay for a lot of stuff myself and not total 3600 for the year that I would have if I wanted a supplement.
Then a person has to get an additional Plan D medication plan. More monthly cost.

Last year I had 2 procedures that I ended up paying 220 per procedure and 3 specialist visits at 35 each. PCP visit is a 0 copay.
So 440 plus 105....I paid 545 out of pocket last year. I still came out a little over 3 K ahead and last year was an exceptionally "busy" year for me. I have one of those "crappy" zero premium medicare advantage plans.
I don't happen to think it is so crappy to save over 3 grand a year and some years I haven't had any procedures at all.

If you are not happy with them it may be past time to find another plan for yourself.
I believe "Open Enrollment" selection begins in Nov but doesn't take effect until Jan 1.

There are other special enrollment times when you can change - moving is one. In some places moving to another county is all it will take never mind if you move out of state. If you travel some plans will only cover an ER visit - so routine care will have to wait until you get home. So a lot depends on how much attention you need or want.

I am another who doesn't like HMO's - if I don't like a restaurant I don't go back - so when I don't like a doc I won't go back and want to be able to choose another and not need a special referral, but hey that's me.

Mine is setup so that whatever Medicare pays (approves) my co-pay covers the 20%.

I haven't paid anything OOP this year yet I've had more visits than is years past.
