New to the Forum and New to Oscar, but getting addicted to the data and understanding my apnea condition in detail due to @lankylefty27- thanks so much.
So... I downloaded OSCAR, then I got an SD Card, Formatted the Card, Inserted it into my ResMed Airsense Auto 10, and could not wait to see the detailed data.
I am missing data from my 4 most recent days as well as a lot of historical as my machine dates back to 2017. Also, I was stoked to digest the graphs for Total Time in Apnea, Leak Rate, Respiratory Rate, Minute Vent., and Total Volume. I have reset the graphs, and still getting no data in "Overview" as well as "Graphs Switched Off" in "Data".
I am on a Mac using a 32GB SanDisk Extreme Card, and I have locked the card (but I did insert the first time unlocked), so perhaps I need to do a fresh data dump since I am ultimately just looking to getting all this robust data.
Cheers,
TheGriffInn
Oscar Data Missing & Graphs Switched Off
Re: Oscar Data Missing & Graphs Switched Off
For the detailed data to be present your SD card MUST be in the cpap machine during the night.
When did you first insert the SD card and leave it in during the night?
You won't have any detailed data for any nights prior to getting and using the SD card.
The machine doesn't store anything but the general summary data in its internal memory.
Any detailed data files have to go on the SD card to be able to see the good stuff.

Did you remember to unlock the card before putting it in your xPAP?TheGriffInn wrote: ↑Tue Mar 29, 2022 4:24 pmand I have locked the card (but I did insert the first time unlocked),
The card should be formatted as FAT32 and not one of the macOS types

BTW folks. Read the OSCAR note about locking the SD card.
The ONLY people who need to do the locking thing are the ResMed S9 model users. It's the only machine that has a problem with the little text files that some Windows and Mac OS put on the SD card.

My Philips Dreamstation recently stopped retaining my SD Card (does not stay physically locked in place in the machine) so I have to gently press the SD into the machine and allow the recent sessions to download so that I may see only 6 of the graphs:Pugsy wrote: ↑Tue Mar 29, 2022 8:33 pmFor the detailed data to be present your SD card MUST be in the cpap machine during the night.

Re: Oscar Data Missing & Graphs Switched Off
I am using a refurbished blower from the recall from about 2 years ago. The device was accepting the SD card (locking and unlocking it) until March 7, 2024. After that, I could only transfer the previous sessions data on to the SD Card by gently holding the card in place in the device to allow the data transfer. But I only receive 6 graphs of data, except not the good stuff.OkieKid59 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2024 3:50 pmMy Philips DreamStation recently stopped retaining my SD Card (does not stay physically locked in place in the machine) so I have to gently press the SD into the machine and allow the recent sessions to download so that I may see only 6 of the graphs:Pugsy wrote: ↑Tue Mar 29, 2022 8:33 pmFor the detailed data to be present your SD card MUST be in the cpap machine during the night.

Re: Oscar Data Missing & Graphs Switched Off
You seem to be misunderstanding the word "lock" in Pugy's instructions.
The data you have on the card which doesn't manage to stay in the machine is precisely the data you can expect to get when the machine is not recording on it all through the night. If your card won't stay in the machine, you won't have the data you want written on it. The machine does not record all that data internally.
"Lock" in Pugsy's instructions refers to locking the SD card with it's little write protect tab to keep the computer from writing on itwhen you insert it into the a computer.
What you got is what you can expect to get from a machine that can't retain the SD card in the slot.
