ResMed myAir report: which night is which?

ResMed myAir report: which night is which?

My latest ResMed myAir report is for "Wednesday, March 9". If I sleep from (say) 10 pm to 6 am, does that mean Wed 10 pm to Thu 6 am? Or Tue 10 pm to Wed 6 am?

Wednesday 10 pm to Thursday 6 am. The day starts at noon to the next day at 11:59am.

Since I read my data off the SCREEN, I get to decide,
by setting the clock so that the data I see in the morning
is dated the day I wake--not when I went to bed.
If the myair data/date is inconsistent, it is a side effect of the myair website.
Some complain about the site going down a bunch.
It is what it is . . .
