Thanks, that places the video in context, a marketing production.
And that doesn't mean the video is inaccurate or misleading.

Granted, however when viewing other Resmed videos of which there are many very good ones, they take on-screen credit. Why they would not take on-screen credit for this one leads me to wonder why.

I can't question the accuracy, but not revealing the author is misleading.

And now back to regular programming !

The video {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzCCgNLya_g] was produced by ResMed and made available to its distributors.

If it was so important to you, you could have easily found out the source of the video that cpapsupplyusa posted on youtube -----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeToN3w_uvo

Question for the OP (or anyone else): I just got a FedEx delivery notification. Can you confirm where your unit was shipped from? FedEx doesn't provide any real shipper information. I'm just curious if my replacement has finally shipped--still waiting on my DME to get units for replacement with a ResMed.
Sorry, I used the original shipping box to return the recalled DS1 and none of the paperwork I kept shows where it shipped from. But as far as I recall, it came from PA, and the FedEx tracking info online shows the originating address as being in Mount Pleasant, PA.
Thanks, this mystery package is coming from IL, so likely not the same thing. It looks too light as well, but sometimes that weight can be off by a lot. Guess I'll go back to waiting...

I really don't understand why you're expecting a complete replacement of everything, including perfectly good components, not part of a recall. Why do you need a power chord for a machine that you should not be using?

When Ford did a recall because of faulty Continental tires, would you expect replacement tires or replacement tires and a new F-350?
