Well, my eyebrows were looking very sparse.
Luckily, I found my light colored brow pencil.
Nice paint job, if I say so myself.
Probably my best feature, so glad to get reinforcements.
I remember having to pluck like heck to split the unibrow.
Freda Kahlo is not my look.
Frida Kahlo is quite the interesting person. Did a report on her for one of my college classes many years ago. Salma Hayek did a decent job with the movie but I was disappointed that the movie was so much about her husband. She was so much more than that.

. . . her husband. She was so much more than that.
It happens much too often.
One is indeed fortunate to find a supportive mate.

Tomorrow is my seventh infusion. Earlier this week, I had another
pulmonary function test, and today another heart echo.
They sent a new rx over to tbe pharmacy for a drug to slow my too-fast heartbeat.
I plan to ask if I can get aquatherapy in a warm pool, to get back into better condition.
I really benefited from it early in 2020--but that came to a screeching halt,
because of Covid.

Chemo was today.
They had to skip the bleomycin because the pulmonary function test--
from TUESDAY--STILL had not been read by my pulmonologist.
I shall call the office Monday, to inquire if there is any good reason why they
couldn't even "phone it in".
[[[Maybe they need to see me again.]]]
Or I can make somebody feel guilty . . .

good grief! cancer fighting ain't easy, is it?

this last spring, ymca opened up and they seem to be staying open so far. fingers crossed. i like them because they have a pool area with a "river walk". has been a boon for me as it helps me to get rid of some unwanted "covid weight".

wish they did water aerobics, though.

Only one heated pool here that I can get to with Medicare.
The rest are private club$$$, AFAIK.
The hospital center is currently doing aquatherapy--now to put a bug in the right ear . . .
I was getting therapy there for my back when Covid shut it down.
Should not be too hard to get me back into warm aqua.

Yesterday the nurse called me to say aquatherapy is ON.
Before I could make an appointment, I needed to
FIND MY SWIMSUIT!!!!!
Finally, after turning a closet inside out, I FOUND it!
Poor thing lay forgotten for nearly 2 years. (I'm a tad slimmer now--thanks, chemo.) :P
Too late to call the therapy center, I decided to wait until this morning.
They called ME. I go in for the evaluation visit tomorrow.
Happy, happy, happy.

Tuesday is my first session in the pool.
I need to check the fit--I lost a few lbs so far during chemo.
Not much, but enough I need to check.
