Recently diagnose with mild OSA. Going to use a recalled Dreamstation tonight. Any advice on settings and risk?

Hello, I was suggested by another member to make a new thread for my machine therapy. I am too unsure if CPAP therapy will improve my symptoms of OSA so I'm hesitant to spend over $1k out of pocket on a new Resmed machine from Lofta. I will be using my dad's lightly used Philips Dreamstation that is oh the recall list. I'm a little anxious as I hear it can have off gassing and particles that are cancerous.

I have all day off to clean the machine and mess with the settings. It has a Resmed F20 full face mask with it. My dad barely used it and never used ozone or any cleaners on it. How dangerous is using this device?

It is a bit dusty since it had sat on a shelf not in the case. How should I clean it?

My symptoms are waking up in a panic at night feeling like I can't breath. I wake up in the mornings unrefreshed. I feel fatigue all day. I'm very depressed. Anxiety as well but unsure if related. I just feel drained all day...

no need to cleanit. by now you've seen my post in your other thread. what i'm wondering though...do you know how to change the settings on the machine?

oh and related to that, what are the current settings on the machine?
