Res Med 10 lost humidifier setting

Res Med 10 lost humidifier setting

Res Med 10 humidifier stopped working and settings disappeared. It also said the plug wasn’t fully inserted. I’m sure it broke, but wondering if anyone has had this happen?

Are you using a heated hose or standard hose?
