First a big thank you to every one for your comments and advice. 👍

Well I have switched on the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset for the first time after it had been put back in its case for nearly two years. I have posted what the machines menu is currently showing .

Just thinking back to when I was in the UK and I purchased the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset I don’t remember the doctor ever commenting about the machines setting . I purchased the machine from an interdependent supplier recommend by the doctor , and quickly brought it back to Thailand .

I’m hoping that the machines current settings are going to now be suitable and I can start using the machine right away . The mask I will be using is a ResMed AirFit N30i . I have now installed Oscar on my computer and put a new 2GB SD card in the machine.

Any comments , suggestions or advice on what the machines current settings show , would be most welcome and really appreciated.

You are better off following advice posted in the open and having a chance for more capable users to comment - a type of peer review.
Another major reason to be in the open is so that others in the community can learn from your experience.

Thaitanic, try out these settings during the day or in the evening. If they feel fine, then great. But if you feel somewhat air-starved at the starting pressure of 4, then go in the clinical menu and raise your minimum to 6 or 7. (See which one feels best.) Then you'll be good to go at night.
