Have you checked the flagged events to make sure they are asleep flagged events and not arousal flagged events?
I see 2 OAs flagged at about the same time as the machine was turned off...have you checked to see if you were asleep when those were flagged.

How's your sleep quality been lately?
I haven't checked. I will go do that. As to sleep quality I fall into bed after my shift exhausted and I wake up exhausted. With the monsoon storms my pain has been pretty high but the mandatory OT (8months and counting) has been kicking my behind so I don't think pain is keeping me awake or waking me up if it is I'm not aware of it. I am just too tired all the time. Had to put Ivan down due to liver cancer, this week is extra bad but that steady upward trend in my ahi started in June before this hellish week.

Check to see if you have maybe been having just a few more arousal flagged events.
Your AHI had been so low (and actually still is) that it will only take a couple of arousal flagged events to double your overall AHI. That's sort of the way the law of numbers works...takes very little to change such a small average.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your baby. It sucks. I know nothing I can say except I feel your pain. I still cry when I think of my little Sarge...every time I think about him and that's usually at least once day.

Yeah it sucks bad. Thank you.

I've looked more closely at the data and unlike before, when I was having trouble sleeping, it does look like I was asleep. I had that nice even breathing before the events. I bumped up the pressure just a tiny amount. Went too 11.6 from 11 and was down to .2 ahi for last night. I will leave it there for now and see how it goes.
