When I was diagnosed my AHi was 10.5, that has certainly improved.

I'm glad to hear you found a mask that feels comfortable. Now let's see whether you have large leaks for extended periods of time with any frequency.

I think there's a very decent chance you'll see improvement in your memory as time goes by. You're still in the early weeks of treatment, with comfortable usage more recent still. But there's no question you're already doing your health a big favor.

Your Oscar chart makes me wonder whether you might benefit from sleeping longer each night. Some people really need eight hours or more. If you add in some falling-asleep time, that can mean setting the alarm for maybe 8.5 hours after you turn in. Just a thought.

I am certainly in this for the long haul, I've pushed through a lot of discomfort to get to this point. Actually being in bed long enough to get a full 8 + plus hours of sleep has always been a challenge for me. If I try to go to be too early I've always had a difficult time falling asleep, this has been true for many years. That said I will make an effort to sleep longer.

Last night I woke up several times with noticeable leakage issues and my data shows that. I had been using the small size pillows and last night changed to the medium. Tonight I am going to go back to small and try using my chin strap again. Thanks again for your advice.
