Hi,
My magnet fasteners are causing me pain. Sometimes on tip of earlobe and below earlobe. No matter what I do they hurt. I don’t want mask too loose. When I lay down the mask rides up and presses on these two areas. I wear my hair in a bun which makes it difficult to get a correct fit. Companies sell cloth covers but these little magnets are small and a key ingredient to a good fit. So I don’t see cloth covers as a solution. Any ideas? Can Mask Company help? Thanks, Peggar

Which (of very, very many out there - look at Cpap.com for variety) mask are you using?
And do you really sleep with your hair tied up - could you not try a different arrangement?

Re: Ear pain with mask
Hi I wear silk hair bonnets to sleep in. I started doing that to protect my hair from getting caught in the mask straps but then I noticed pressure around my ears. I adjusted the sleep bonnet over my ears and that seems to provide sufficient protection from the magnets/straps rubbing against the skin.

Are those the magnetic clips you replace your mask's clips with?
I wonder if it's possible to relocate the clips to a spot where they don't cause pressure? It would take some sewing skills.
