Sore Neck

Post by markbotha » Thu Jul 08, 2021 2:57 am

I have been using a CPAP machine for 12 Years. In the last year or so, I have been waking up with a very sore and stiff neck. Has anyone else experienced this, what what is the solution?

See an orthopedic or neuro doctor - why assume the problem's about Cpap?

Cpap lets you live longer.
With age comes pain.
We see a doctor, get therapy, or take prescribed meds.
It's called growing old gracefully . . .
