I've been feeling better most days, but today is a not so good day.
Janknitz, I've been trying to get better at the diabetes. I'm taking part in a study giving me conversations with an educator and a therapist to try to control my sugar better. That's actually what led me to get a CPAP in the first place. As we studied the numbers from the CGM, we realized that sleep apnea is affecting my diabetes. As I have worse sleeping nights, my blood sugar runs dramatically higher. Which then makes my sleep worse. It's a vicious cycle.
Miss Emerita, Thank you for the words of encouragement. I really appreciate it.
As to how I'm feeling, most days its better. I'm much more alert and aware, and I'm in a better mood.
Grumpyhere, I followed your advice and I think I got them right today. Let me know please. I"m eager to learn.
Pugsy, I think I got the flow limit in all of these. I tried to post a daily for the week, hopefully if there's a pattern to be noticed that'll help.
