Hello Experts,
I just heard the Philips recall news. I am currently using Dreamstation Apap. I have issues with Aerophagia while using the machine so thinking about Bipap. Can you guys suggest which resmed machine should I buy?

Re: Which Resmed machine to buy?
If you can get a ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto...which is the auto adjusting bilevel...get that one.
It has more pressure support available (which is likely going to help better with the aerophagia issues) ...
Otherwise the less expensive AirSense 10 AutoSet or the AutoSet for Her model would be next choice.
The AutoSet has up to 3 cm pressure support or exhale relief that can help reduce aerophagia.
The AirCurve has more than 3 cm available if needed.
3 cm might be enough...your current Respironics exhale relief is maxed out at 2 cm drop/relief and you get that only if using Flex set to 3 and you are a very forceful breather.
