I have successfully used both SleepyHead and OSCAR over the past six years. I recently got a new machine. I changed from a Phillips Respironics System One to a ResMed Autosense 10 for her. OSCAR is no longer working. Perhaps I should have added a new user for the new machine. OSCAR shows that it loaded my profile, but it doesn't show it loaded on the right hand side where it tells you which profile is loaded.
There are three profiles since my husband and son both have their own machines. They are both using DreamStation Auto.
My first thought was Operator Error, so I have deleted and redownloaded OSCAR at least twice. I even added a new profile, so now there are four. On the upper left, it shows the named profile. On the right, it asks me to choose a profile. I have chosen to view daily statistics from the menu on the upper left. Nothing happens.
Something went wrong since the last time I used OSCAR. I'm questioning my choice to download data from a different manufacturer to the same profile.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please post a screen shot of what you see. You can use F12 key or View/Take Screenshot to capture an image of the screen.

I have taken a screenshot, but am hesitant to share it publicly since I can't edit out our full names. I can print the screen and literally cut that information out if that is what you suggest. The screen I have is the normal opening screen with the choice of profiles. I get the box that shows 'loading profile' and my name is at the top on the left. However, on the right it doesn't seem to know that the profile is loaded. When I click on 'view' on the top left, it has no effect.

So you are looking at the Profile page. Not sure what you are looking at on the right though. Do the Daily, Overview, and Statistics tabs appear on the menu bar?
In your OSCAR_Data directory is a subdirectory named logs. The debug.txt file contains debug messages from the most recent execution of OSCAR. Could you send me that file with a PM? It will contain identifying information, so I suggest you not post it on the forum.
