oscar and naps

Post by zonker » Mon Apr 26, 2021 9:57 pm

i know this has been addressed before, but i can't seem to find it.

as i age, i'm starting to be tempted into an afternoon nap. but as i recall, if i use oscar, this will screw up my data by merging it with my nightly data. or am i wrong in that?

is there a specific setup i should use with oscar to insure my nap and my nightly sleep data are kept separate?

thanks.

Use the AirSense 10 you just retired for your naps.

You can turn off the nap sleep sessions if you want in OSCAR so the weird nap data doesn't get mixed in with your regular nightly cpap data.

Just turn the session off but unchecking that session.
It's something offered in the daily detailed report section way down at the bottom of the detailed statistics section on the left of the graphs.

When you uncheck it....all data from that session gets omitted from the graphs and the data calculations.
