How long does it take to sleep all night with cpap machine I’ve been struggling any help
Re: New cpap user
You should ideally, once kinks have been addressed (that's where we can help), sleep less - could even be hours - than without Cpap, but that can be quite variable depending on different factors - e.g. some are natural insomniacs so take longer to sleep at all, others may have other issues to deal with that can change things. You'd be much better off to list, in this thread please, more info so we can help you, such as which model of what brand machine do you have? What mask? What are your pressure settings? Do you take any meds (they can skew results depending...)? What were your test results (yours by law - get them from the doctor - lab's not allowed to give them out).
What specific issues are problematic? Are you waking during the night? Is the mask uncomfortable? Other issues?

Did you have the trouble sleeping all night prior to starting with the cpap machine?Marcus1969 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 9:32 pmHow long does it take to sleep all night with cpap machine I’ve been struggling any help
Have you made sure that your OSA therapy is even optimized to have the best chance of getting better sleep?
How long have you been using cpap?
Taking any meds of any kind? If so, what?
