OSCAR only showing "summary only" no waveforms

Hello,
I'm now over 1 month into my ResMed Autosense 10 APAP. So far, I've been able to tolerate it, although I've seen no benefit so far. I'm having trouble looking at my data from the SD card.
-I've had the SD card in the whole time, it's unlocked, and put in correctly
-I've left it in for weeks at a time, haven't deleted anything off the SD card
-I'm using the latest OSCAR 1.2 for Mac
-I've tried different cables and different card readers, and tried a Mac laptop and desktop

When I imported the SD card data today, it only shows "summary only" on Oscar. Is my APAP not recording to the SD card?

And is it possible that my sleep doctor has somehow locked me out from seeing my data remotely, or set the machine to not record to the SD card?

They can't lock you out of Oscar (or anything else you put on your computer), that's just a terrorist threat :x :roll: .

Have you e.g. unplugged and replugged the machine - it sometimes helps. But also be aware the machine counts days from noon to noon, so you need to also download prior to noon of the night before.

Data/Advanced/Purge Current Selected Day

Then import the data again.

Might not help, but won't hurt anything.

While this was important with past ResMed machines it no longer really matters with the AirSense/AirCurve 10 model machines.
While the new session does start at 12 Noon as it always has...now it doesn't matter when you download or even just look on the machine's LCD display. I have done it...go look at my last night's results briefly on the LCD screen at 6 PM and still see the AHI from last night.
When you download doesn't matter either. Used to be it mattered because some data was overwritten after only a week but that doesn't happy now either.

Now as to why the OP in this thread is only getting summary only results.....this is unusual for sure unless the SD card wasn't properly fully seated when the machine was in use during the night.
If the machine wasn't writing to the card....we wouldn't even have the summary results unless for some unknown reason it isn't writing the detailed data files.

To the OP.....
If I had a new/different SD card (needs to be blank)....I would try that first. Make sure it is inserted fully and watch the machine LCD display to see that the SD card gets recognized. Use the machine during the night or even for an awake test for 30 minutes or so.
Human must be attached though.

If I had a Windows computer I might verify with ResScan software that summary numbers is all I get.

If nothing I did gave me the detailed data then I would be notifying the place I got the machine from and telling them something is weird with the writing to the SD card. I have heard of people having problems with the machine not writing to the SD card like it should. Should be replaced if still under warranty.

Might also try a totally new profile in OSCAR though I have my doubts that will fix the issue but something easy to try.
