Phillips vodka--pretty doggone cheap, and it gets better when it sits in a bottle for ten years.
Aging in vitro does happen, though rather slowly.
Phillips? and I thought you were a Resmed fan?

Don't know if you can remember back when this covid stuff started?
iirc they were insisting the cheep alcohol was not effective in killing the virus and people hoarded the 3% peroxide off the shelves. What were they doing with it?

Nobody went into the pandemic knowing "everything"---it's been a learning process.
Science is like that.
Vodka is only about 40% ABV, not enough for virus-cide, but unadulterated to allow sipping.
I think the Phillips vodka is a different company--or division, at least.
My guess on the peroxide is that it fizzes, so some bozos think it works, which it sometimes does.

So IYO its not about cleaning the water chamber where we started but about numbing your feelings about whats in the chamber.

This forum has folks who will argue about using distilled water (or peroxide) til the end of this world.
YOU win -- I now recommend disinfecting with peroxide and rinsing with cheep vodka cuz everyone knows cheep vodka smells good and has no odor. :?
