Sorry for the slow response. Here's a direct quote for a prior user:
As pugsy noted, I have had real issues getting a routine that works. Here's what I do:
1) I cut the long ends off the ports and save them.
2) I wash my face, especially around and on the nose, with
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GYYQ5MB/re ... 2CQZ6C61MR. You must use a cleanser that leaves no residue, no oils, no moisturizers.
3) After that dries, I use
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002ZUHLW8/re ... UTF8&psc=1 (recommended by Stuart). This goes anywhere I'm putting adhesive. Dries quickly.
4) Apply dreamports.
5) Using a cut off portion, I close the space at the top of the nostrils.
6) I use
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009Q2PE4/re ... UTF8&psc=1 (also recommended by Stuart). A small strip under the nose and another on top, then 2 slightly wider strips, one on either side of the nose angling up the crease and ending just under the bridge. This gets buried in to the crease so it adheres well (I also had the leaks you have).
Anything adhesive gets strong pressure to enhance the bond.
Facial hair is not a problem, but I shave the small space under the nostrils to the top of the mustache. Stuart (also has a mustache) passed on this wisdom. For that task it helps to have a razor with a single blade. Some Gillette blades have a single edge trimmer, this works well for me.
So it may seem like a lot but in reality it's not even 5 minutes, and it works perfectly.
BTW, the other cut off part goes to a known (for me) leak area that forms because of a small skin bump (I promise it isn't cancer) right at the crease of my right nostril.
The two really key parts FOR ME are the skin prep (alcohol, etc, not enough for me) and the tape. Pressing really hard is also quite important.

Stuart shared on his forum that Hypafix tape works great to reenforce around the bleep tape for people with oilier skin that the bleep releases from easily. Evidently Hypafix can be cut into all manor of shapes and lengths with the 4" wide rolls. Amazon has 1,2, 4 and 6 inch wide rolls of the stuff, so you technically could tape up your whole daggum head or face with the stuff to stop leaks.

Finally received my Bleep yesterday from cpap.com and dang it, its the old style! It is only 12 inches long and stiffer than a board. I tried it out last night but could not get rid of the leaks, finally quit and went back to my P10 for the night, will look at all the videos today and try again tonight. Perseverance does pay off, so will fashion a filter (thanks PR) and give it another shot today. I dont like the idea of wasting the tape, so I ordered enough ports for 3 months use, knowing I would end up wasting some

Wish me luck guys and gals.... first job is watching all the vids to make sure Im doing it right.
Cheers
Nan

I also ordered from Cpap.com my bleep mask. Call Stuart and he will probably send you the longer tube with the diffuser for the filter. I couldn’t use the small hose at all, it kept pulling away from the dreamway. Return the mask.

Applying the ports is definitely one of those things that takes patience and practice, and there will be some wasted ports along the way. I still occasionally have problems with a port. I figured out awhile ago that a wasted port was better than a wasted night's sleep.
I did establish a "once failed, fall back to prior mask" rule at the start, so if I wake up with a leak, it comes off and I switch to my prior mask, then continue the next night to figure it out. After less than a month I found I never need to 'fall back' like that.
But as stated above, it didn't work out for me until I started using hypafix and a skin prep...

Stuart gave me a good suggestion when I first started. He said to take a used set or just one set of new ones and practice putting the mask on it over and over again to get the feel of it. I found that within a day I mastered it and could even do it in the dark!

It doesn't for me and I hated that about the other masks I own.

No, it does not touch you lips at all, and it's no where near your chin.

So everyone's nose is different, but if you use a hose management system you can adjust how much hose is available so that if you're on your back it pretty much floats.
Then if you go on either side, the elastic of the hose management system will adjust and give you the extra reach you need, if any.

What kind of hose management do you use? I have been looking into getting one.
