This should be the first two weeks (plus a couple days after) of machine use. It all looks the same to me, but Im not a subject matter expert.

Well I see where they came up with fixed cpap mode at 6 cm. Your machine rarely went above 6 cm.
When it did go above it I don't know if you were awake or asleep.
I would like for you to go hunting for arousal/awake breathing flow rate. Even though you probably don't remember a lot of awakenings...lets go see if you are having any....with or without it being related to any sort of flagged event.
Go here and watch the videos so you can learn how to spot arousal/awake breathing.

You will need to slowly go through the flow rate and look for segments of arousal/awake breathing and make a note how many you find.
Here's an example I use often to help people learn to spot awake/arousal vs asleep breathing. Awake breathing is very regular and rhythmic ....arousal or awake breathing is very irregular. Anything flagged while awake/arousal related...doesn't count in terms of AHI evaluation but it does matter in terms of how your overall sleep quality is affected. Poor sleep quality from any reason is going to make a person feel like crap even if the AHI is 0.0.
I circled the asleep breathing flow rate in red.


So look at last night's flow rate...how many segments of arousal breathing do you count?
