Aerophagia driving me crazy, please help me review my settings

Post by BiPapColorado » Sun Jan 10, 2021 10:09 pm

Hello all, It's been a good two years since I was last here and in that time I've been having occasional issues with aerophagia, bloating and general unpleasantness. Generally it has been happening only once or twice a month at most so I haven't been pursuing it, but it's happened twice now in the last three days and was especially bad when staying at a friend's this weekend... Lost nearly 3 hours of sleep because I could not lay back down comfortably. In any case I am kindly hoping you guys can help me review my settings. I remember you all being a great help when I first needed to adjust this 2 years ago. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

1/7 gave me moderate aerophagia but didn't actually wake me up early. 1/8 was a standard night, included as a control I suppose. 1/9 was the worst night and cut my hours on the cpap short, I could not bring myself to use it again after that...

Try limiting PS max to 4 instead of 6.

well, he DID say-

"Hello all, It's been a good two years since I was last here"

maybe he'll let us know in 2023??
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Hey folks. I did take a while to respond, I'll admit. The aerophagia isn't a daily thing for me so I had to give it time to see if it would happen again, and it did this morning. Granted it was less severe than previously, it was still quite unpleasant... Here's the screen from last night/this morning.
