You can't trust a woman....don't you know that by now? I would have done it if I had it handy but I just hadn't got around to saving that thread....maybe I need to.
Besides...dogslobber was probably asleep. Babydino is up late.

You know there is a reason there is only one picture of me floating around here and it sure as hell isn't with me and my cpap crap on my face.
And dogslobber has been warned not to go screwing with it under penalty of a slow and painful death if he ever did.

I do appreciate your being a good sport about it though. My hat is off to you in that regard. You do know that we are laughing with you and not at you.....it's part of how we stay semi sane around here.

I just started cpap about three weeks ago and picked up a P10 as well as a FP Simplus full face mask from the doctors. The biggest problem I have with the full face mask is my face itches a lot with it on and I have to stick a finger under there every time to scratch it so I stopped using it and switched to the P10 and am using the somnifix strips to tape my mouth shut. It's only been a few days since I tried the new combination but my AHI seems to be around 4 or so which is pretty good compared to what I got using the full face. More importantly I can fall asleep faster because I'm not constantly trying to scratch an itch under there. I'm looking into getting the bleep as well but was hesitant because of the cost of the adhesive plus the somnifix strips would be pretty high every month, but the scunci looks interesting so I'll try that out as well.

I do notice the p10 actually has a lot less leaks for me as well, I think the full face is so bulky that every time you turn or try and sleep on your side it'll push the mask causing the leaks.

I have been on a mask since July 2020. I tried chin straps, mouth tape and various nasal masks.
I liked the PICO but could not wear my glasses. I have now been using the F30 FFM since September and get good results.
However the higher pressure seems to cause leaks and wakes me up.
I reset the machine and start at the lower pressures again.

If I am tired enough the higher pressure does not wake me and does lower but I an not always patient enough to work through it.

For me also, I cut the little nose bridge piece out so that there is a larger nasal hole-it seemed to shift and block things.
