feeling numbness and stiff feeling in my neck and back head with headaches

i started the cpap 10 days ago, and no matter if i sleep on back or side i wake up in the middle of the night with stiffness in my head and neck the only way it will go away if i take the mask off but then i wake up with migraines in the morning

You might have overtightened the strap behind your head (if there is one on that mask), which isn't good to do at any time as the silicone needs to inflate. But if it's not the case, try a strip of foam under the strap, or try to adjust the whole thing so it's not directly digging into you. Have you had xrays recently re potential cervical disc problems? Have you tried other masks with different headgear? Better bed pillows?

its a resmed strap it doesnt seem to loosen or tighten anywhere
