Does anyone adjust the minimum pressure if they are sick? Nothing crazy, I get tested for Covid every week and I'm negative. But I had a small chest cold / sore throat etc and my last few nights have been unusually bad. Do you guys usually have the same issues and do you adjust the pressure at all for those nights?
I do have sleep onset apnea - and mild/moderate OSA. The "transitional sleep apnea" is and has always been (6 months first started) been the main problem. My average AHI is about 1.5
Ill attach some graphs from the last two nights for the hell of it. When looking at them - I fall asleep usually within 2 mins of putting on the machine - you'll see what happens. Its not Sleep Wake Junk - I'm not awake.
