Increasing AHI numbers

Post by buckc12 » Sat Sep 26, 2020 11:07 am

My first post—I have been struggling to get consistently low AHI numbers. I have registered on OSCAR and looked for a key but am really just learning and have a long way to go. I need to get my CPAP set up as well as possible to get AHIs below 5 as I see it as a key part of my healthy lifestyle discipline. I have been able to get to low numbers but I seem to drift back up without changing anything . I have been using CPAP for about a year and this pattern has occurred three times. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

welcome to the zoo! sounds like you're off to a good start. at least, you've got oscar going!

next, see my link in my signature below, the one for newbies. this will help get you going further. one of the main things it will tell you is how to organize your oscar charts and how to post them. if you run into trouble once you've tried with the instructions, ask and we can help.

myself, i don't know much about interpreting charts. BUT i know how to post them. and that let's the smart folk come by and advise.

if you would, when it's time to post your charts, please do it right here, in this thread.

good luck!
