Resmed Airsense 10 no Data
I read over the forums and it seems either the transmitter is broke or its in Airplane mode
Mine is neither
The place I got it from (LINNCARE) says they can ping it but no data is available. There is Data on the SD Card. I asked about a replacement and they
said They don't know about that? So I guess I gotta figure it out.
The DR would like to ping it but Cannot get data. I went to Resmed and put in the Serial and DN number in MyAirSense and it says no data. LinnCare verified
the SN and DN they put in are correct.
But there is 5 full bars on the connection, and there is data on the card.
So where do I go now as it seems LinnCare is not helping much.

So which ResMed machine are you using?
Your profile still shows a Respironics machine.
There are several AirSense 10 models....so we need to know exactly which model.
Pretty sad with a DME supplying a machine doesn't know about how to get data off a SD card. I always referred to LinCare as Lin(I don't)Care for a reason. They could do it if they would put forth the effort but they don't care and too lazy to learn.
Depending on which model you have and what your doctor actually wants in terms of data...software is available to get the data off the SD card so you can show it to your doctor.
ResMed has ResScan available...but it's Windows only software. If you want it...send me a PM. It's not particularly easy to manage though.

Unplug it, wait for a minute or so and restart it. Maybe a software reset will fix things.
Replace the SD Card and see if it will write to it. Are you using OSCAR to look at your data. Remember, the AirSense 10 CPAP model (which you signature states you have) has very limited data support. No detail data, only summery and compliance.
If you're still having trouble, and it's less than two years, LinCare should be replacing it under warranty.

I would like to try ResScan will try your PM. I did download OSCAR and it was easy to install and I got all the information on my card. And your right about Lin( I don't) Care. I called them today and was put on hold and was there 30 minutes. I hung up and called again and the receptionist said, I dont know why they didnt pickup and when the guy did, he sounded annoyed. I unplugged it as recommended below, Ill plug it back in when I go to bed and see if there is data a couple hours afterwords on MyAirSense.
If not Ill have to see if they will exchange it.

It's very possible that there is a problem with the cellular transmission within the machine. We have had a few forum members report that theirs failed also. It's not a common problem but it can happen. When that does happen the machine needs to be replaced under warranty. Light a fire under Lin(IDon't)Care's behinds. They should care. It's a part of their job. ResMed will in turn give them another one to replace it.

When you get a chance can you correct your profile to reflect the AirSense 10 Autoset....it's there in the choices down in the "Rs" and not in the As with the rest of the AirSense models. It will avoid confusion later. The AirSense 10 CPAP you have currently selected doesn't contain any data beyond hours of use and a generic summary of the AHI. Big difference between what it collects and what the AutoSet collects.
When the AutoSet got entered into the system it was entered different than the other models and it's all by its lonesome down in the R section under ResMed. I have asked for it to be fixed but was told a major problem to fix it so we live with it and often have to correct people because they don't know to look down in the R's.

Changed the Equipment.
I did however, unplug the machine and it downloaded this morning. But only last night's information. Will it eventually populate back to where I received the machine?
I'm going to watch it every day to see what it does.
If it hiccups again, its going back.

Judging from your response, there is nothing wrong with your machine.
It's writing data to the SD Card and it is transmitting.
The only problem is with LinCare.

You will have to ask them if they can access it now. We have no way to know.
Now you could try the MyAir thing and if you can see it then they can probably see it. They use something similar to MyAir designed by ResMed for DMEs and doctors.

MyAir is working great, but I notice its very rudimentary data, nothing like the DR wants
. So Printing off it wont work. The Software is much better.
Im going to call them tomorrow and see if they can now access it
