Did anyone happen to notice Granny's pix in the background? I think we finally know who "Gramps" is.
I tell you....DS is a true artist. The stuff he does is amazing. I didn't notice the picture until you mentioned it.
He pays a lot of attention and detail to his work. I get down on my hands and knees and bow to him for sure.....after I get up and clean myself up from laughing so hard I pee my pants.
He really shouldn't do that to an old woman with a leaky bladder.

+1 Glad you can laugh.

Update: I've left two messages for Aeroflow. They are closed Sat. and Sun. If I haven't received a return call by Monday, I'll call Nationwide.

If no satisfaction...call Stuart.
That number was what Stuart gave me and they are supposed to work better than that...he needs to know if they aren't living up to their end of the bargain.
Stuart's number
919 619 7170
It's his personal cell and it's okay for me to post it because he also has it posted on his website for the Bleep as "how to contact".
Tell him Pugsy aka Brenda mentioned that he might want to know that Aeroflow wasn't returning phone calls promptly.
He can light a fire under their ass.
I just haven't had time to try them myself.

They just got the contract... I would think they would be wanting to keep it.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt -- it's hard times right now.

Thanks for giving me Stuart's number. We'll see what happens next week.

Oh, I forgot...Aeroflow supposedly has the new improved hose and diffuser stuff .....I am unsure about the currently supply at Nationwide.

So I would suggest giving Aeroflow the first try. You are going to like the new improved hose and the diffuser.

Just spoke with Zach at Aeroflow. As I was about to order the Bleep, I asked about the improved hose and diffuser. He said the new and improved supplies won't be available until sometime in Sept. So, I decided to hold off until then. He said he would call me when they were received. He is very nice... didn't try to sell me on the Bleep they could send out right now. He also mentioned that people could order a trial of the Bleep and/or the entire kit which includes a month's supply of the adhesive.

I'll let you know when I hear from Aeroflow in Sept.

The places that file insurance may not yet have the inventory that includes the upgraded hose and the diffuser.

There is a cash basis online supplier that supposedly got it last week and I see they updated their website.

The diffuser is supposedly to be available as a stand alone purchase sometime this week but I can't find it yet.

Yes....call Stuart. You never know till you ask.

I spoke to Debbie at Aeroflow and the Bleep is in the mail. Also, spoke to Stuart and he is mailing me the new hose and defuser, with u-tube instructions. In the meantime, I'm reading the threads here pertaining to the Bleep. Looking forward to trying this mask.

Thanks Brenda and everyone for your suggestions.
