Re helping to use the Ultramirage... I just have a 1/2 x 3/4" wide piece of foam 1/2" deep and once in place it flattens enough not to break any seal, but at least keeps the scraped place from getting worse... you can also dab a tiny bit of Polysporin there before placing the foam - which often ends up stuck inside the bottom of the vertical forehead mask piece by a.m.

thanks for all the help, got Oscar to open but didn't have folder set up with Sleepy head data so run into issue directing it where to go.

How do I get the sleepyhead data from my card in my Cpap?
Sorry I know this is probably amateur hour to all of you Cpap vets :)

I keep a sleepweaver Elan mask around in case of soreness.
I would wear it all the time, except for minor fit issues.
Also I don't know if my DME will handle replacement cushions.

Well I've made progress.
Installed Oscar and synced info with program.
Can see all of the data and diagrams, but how do I upload that information so you can all see it?

Please be sure to read about ordering the charts correctly as well....

if there is a better thread for me to post screen shots of data and if there's specific data that would be more valuable please let me know.
Thanks,

This thread works as well as any and the history in it explains why your settings are like they are.

I suggest keeping to this thread for now. If you want to change the topic/subject like to more reflect the therapy contents you can edit the topic. Just go back to your very first post and click on the little pencil thing on the forum editor..it will then let you edit that first post and the subject line as well.

About your settings....you are going to need probably both more minimum and maximum to deal with your OSA. How much more is unknown at this point.
I suggest starting with the settings I suggested above and then see what happens.
You have significant dense clustering of events...that's not good..might be you were on your back and if you stayed on your side they wouldn't happen.
Might also be REM related and we can't do a thing about preventing REM nor would we want to.

Thanks Pugsy, I'll adjust the minimum back up to 6 and adjust the top higher and see how that feels. What is the EPR, how do you adjust that and how does that work?

EPR - exhalation pressure relief - you set it from 1 to 3 (highest) and it helps with the pressure, though may raise your AHI by 1-2, but that shouldn't be a big issue if it helps.

I'm replying to all of your posts but nothing seems to be posting online, I'm not ignoring any of you just super frustrating why this isn't showing up... any advice although this probably won't show up either :x
before you hit submit button, hit the preview to make sure.

also, this forum won't let you answer posts too quickly. it WILL warn you, but if you hit submit and carry on, you may blow past it.

hope this helps.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
