Hi... I’m new here and new to cpap therapy, but stumbled across your post, and wanted to reply since no one has mentioned blood glucose issues. The symptoms you describe are consistent with low blood sugar.
Have you ever tested your blood glucose levels? You can get a test at the pharmacy that pricks your finger and gives you a fast reading. Do it when you feel like your sluring speech, dizzy, etc. Anything under 70 mg/dL means you are hypoglycemic.
I used to get the exact same symptoms after intense exercise. Maybe something about the CPAP therapy is altering your insulin efficiency.
A good possibility to examine. I had some hypoglycemic episodes after I started using CPAP and by treating my SA I required less oral medicine.

Hello. After some incessant googling of my symptoms I was brought to this thread. From further reading of the symptoms observed by the originator of this post I can identify with all of them, with the exception of the dizziness.
I have been unable to get doctors to shed any light on my symptoms and I would therefore be grateful if the people who noticed the same symptoms and had been seeking the same resolution as me could share it with me. Many thanks in advance.
Ps. I would have PM'd the contributors directly but as a newbie I am unable to do so.

Now that you've posted you should be able to PM........ but don't. Many don't like to be PMed to personally address support needs. The preference is to provide support through topics. That way others can benefit.
What you should do, is start a new topic, specific to your needs and provide data and graphs that you are experiencing.

dog slobber speaks with straight tongue. it's mainly us nosey parker type regulars that look at old threads.
you are more likely to get some fresh looks with a new thread.
