I tried to download OSCAR software on my MAC evidently sleepyhead is no longer valid or available. It would not open i received a message that the developer cannot be guaranteed that it does have malware on it. How do I download CPAP SD card reader software now?

That message does NOT mean there is any malware in OSCAR.

This message is generated from apps not downloaded from the App Store that have not been signed. App signatures are a way of elevating some trust, but certainly doesn't guarantee the app can be trusted 100%.

use OSCAR with confidence it is't malware.

Depending on the security settings, to install it right-click and select open.
