I raised the EPR on my machine from two to three because of excessive gassiness that I have felt in the morning, raising it has helped a lot with the gas, but I have noticed I have become much more aware of my breathing, I think this is called dyspnea. Should I raise the minimum pressure on my machine by 1 to compensate for raising the EPR by 1? I am wondering if this is what is causing the dyspnea. Thank you.

Re: EPR Help
The only way you are truly going to know is by trying it.
Higher pressure can often help with Dyspnea, but it may also trigger your aerophagia.

Re: EPR Help
Dyspnea is, no more or less, shortness of breath, but your awareness of having it or not is not part of its definition. Awareness is simply that, feeling a struggle to breathe.

Re: EPR Help
Your min pressure is 8.2 with an EPR of 3 upon exhale it will drop to 5. Many people have said they have trouble with dyspnea below 6,
