I am the author of a blog about CPAP from Poland. I'm still learning and sometimes I try to write articles on topics that are on the verge of my expertise. This time I was interested in how CPAP of various manufacturers affects the way we breathe. There is (probably) no literature on this subject, so I feel uncomfortable whether my conclusions are appropriate. Why don't you take a look and say what you think about it? I would appreciate it. The subject seems to me to be interesting.

Many thanks for this. I agree that the subject is an interesting one. Two questions:
Did you look at what happens with higher PS on bi-level machines?
Is there an easy way to describe how one might map the forms presented in your blog onto the flow rate forms in Oscar? I have trouble conceptualizing the two pauses: are they at the apex/nadir of the flow-rate forms?

1 There is a graph in the text from VAUTO, PS was set to 5.4. As you can see it did not make much difference.
2. I have a "RAW DATA" from the polysomnograph but no longer have the data from the memory card to compare this data in the OSCAR.

I just made a print screen with statistics.
I can show you what my breath looks like at ResMed today at the OSCAR.
