i haven't myself. i don't like the looks of it. i don't use a netti pot either. but that's just me.
typing "navage" into the forums search box yields a few things. this thread, while not particularly helpful, shows some reaction from folks including me-

has a picture of the device, for what it's worth.

It's just an expensive version of the OTC NeilMed...NeilMed works great at about $15.

Really expensive solution for those who cannot tip their head to the side.
Bulky, too--storage would be a problem.
Spare TP goes on that shelf.
Cannot afford to scamper to the shed with a nasty behind.

Re: OT: Navage Nasal Cleaner
I would skip the Navage machine and get a good neti pot. I had serious sinus problems from the early 1980s and tried everything, including my only surgery to try to beat the pain and infections. Over those many years, I found neti pot use to be far and away the best and most helpful treatment. There are many types of neti pots, including ones run by motor, but after using several different types I found what I consider the best one by far. It is well designed and can be washed in the dishwasher. Here it is:

Using a neti pot seems very strange at first, but once you become accustomed to it, it feels great and is so well worth doing. I use mine at least once every day.
