Your charts look really good.

Not much leak, Flow Limitation is pretty empty. You only had two events and they both happened at the beginning of a session so they may not have been real or sleep onset.

My only suggestion might be to smooth out the pressure line a bit. I like a really flat line *for me*, to stop the fast increases in pressure. You may want to increase your EPAP a CM and see how you do.

Most people here aren't too concerned about respiratory rates. Mine is typically about 17-18. According to the Wiki:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Respiratory_rate
Average resting respiratory rates by age are:
  • birth to 6 weeks: 30–40 breaths per minute
  • 6 months: 25–40 breaths per minute
  • 3 years: 20–30 breaths per minute
  • 6 years: 18–25 breaths per minute
  • 10 years: 17–23 breaths per minute
  • Adults: 12–18 breaths per minute
  • Elderly ≥ 65 years old: 12–28 breaths per minute.
  • Elderly ≥ 80 years old: 10-30 breaths per minute.

to the op: how are you feeling upon wake up? your chart looks really good, but there is more to this than a good looking chart.

Thanks for your analysis ! i will try to raise my EPAP a tad and see if that will smooth the pressure line.
