Sudden Increase in Periodic Breathing - OSCAR Data

I need urgent help interpreting a few recent nights of data. Generally my AHI has been around a 2 or under 2 with periodic breathing anywhere from 0% - 5%, I've had a few recent nights with AHIs of 5 and Periodic Breathing has shot up to ~15%. I am meeting with my sleep doctor tomorrow but hoping I can be armed with some info to provide in regards to what is going on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
