I received my brand new Resmed Autosense 10 two days ago and on the second day of usage my screen is completely gray. I've unplugged and plugged back in but it remains a
bright gray with no info at all. I ran it last night anyway and downloaded to Oscar today and it had my info for last night but I could not see anything on the machines Has anyone had this problem? Hopefully it's an easy fix and I don't have to send it back.

Return the machine to whomever you got the machine from. Something is wrong here and it's not something that is easily fixable and you shouldn't have to deal with this. It's not functioning properly.

Maybe the know-it-all in this thread will read your post and rethink his plan to ditch his "old" machine.

Just because the machines are "new" doesn't mean they won't malfunction. Murphy's Laws CAN/WILL apply to this therapy, too. Have backups/spares of EVERYTHING. And, if you find something you like and works for you......buy enough to last a looooong time. Because, at some point they'll quit making it.

Thanks Pugsy & Wulfman, I will return it tomorrow. Strange thing here is 2 years ago I ordered an Resmed Airsense 10 and it also was defective and returned. I got a deal on a Dreamstation with 9 hours for $350 and bought it. Although I had no problems with the Dreamstation, I heard so much about how much better the Resmed was so I thought about giving it a try again. As the say " if it wasn't for bad luck I would have no luck at all." Goodbye Resmed.

My first machine was bod from the factory. It worked normally as far as pressure went, but it would not transmit any data to Resmed. The phone modem module was bad. My second machine lasted six months before it died while we were on vacation. My current machine is about four and a half years old and my wife's machine is almost three years old and both are working just fine.
