Your file should be tranferable to any other provider you ask.
It belongs to YOU--per HIPPA.
Take advantage of telemedicine NOW, while the time is right.

Just an ad, then?
What would we ever do without commercials!
They offered a free prescription with the purchase of a machine.
I figured it might be helpful for the op.
I just received my new machine today using them for my prescription. I have had the same machine for about 7 years and figured it was time to get a backup but I did not want to go in to the Dr during the current Covid events. Since I had not been to see my original sleep doctor in a few years they did not want to give me the prescription unless I setup an appointment. They would not do a remote visit since my data did not upload to the internet. I even attempted to zip the file up and gave them multiple options to download it.

I did not purchase a machine from them because the cost was around 200 more compared to where I was looking. I paid the 99 dollars and filled out the questionnaire and had a prescription I could use within 2 hours.

I had to go around my doctor. I had an appointment set up with my primary care, which takes months, she left; had to reschedule primary care with new doctor just to be referred to the sleep specialist, just to be scheduled for a sleep test. Based on my experience it probably would have taken at least a year to get through all the appointments to actually get treated. Best $500 I spent was ordering my cpap online.
